How quickly can you respond to a Vertiv UPS emergency in Canada?

Rapid emergency dispatch: 1 to 3 h on site in the Montreal area, same day in Quebec City, Toronto and Ottawa. Elsewhere in Canada, including Vancouver, Calgary and Edmonton, on-site service takes 24 to 48 hours. Email replies within 4 business hours.
