Manufacturer names, product names, model numbers, logos and trademarks displayed on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used for product identification, description and compatibility reference. Unless expressly stated otherwise, their use does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or authorized dealer or partner status.

Independence

Vertiv Service Canada is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or authorized by Vertiv Holdings Co. or its affiliates. We are an independent third-party provider. Servicing, maintaining or supplying parts for equipment built by a manufacturer does not create any relationship with that manufacturer, and nothing on this website should be read as claiming one.

Product authenticity and sourcing

New OEM products represented as genuine are sourced through established Canadian distribution channels or directly from manufacturers. Compatible, aftermarket and refurbished products are clearly identified as such. Applicable warranty coverage is stated on the relevant page.

Why we reference Vertiv and Liebert by name

We reference Vertiv and Liebert model numbers and product names because they identify the equipment we service and the parts that fit it. There is no practical way to tell a customer which unit a part suits without naming the unit. This is descriptive, nominative use of another party’s trademark and is limited to what is necessary to identify the equipment accurately.
