Do you replace batteries during the maintenance visit?
If the battery test indicates failure, yes, we can swap the battery cartridge during the same visit if we have the cartridge in stock or scheduled. Otherwise we report findings and schedule a follow-up swap.
Are your reports suitable for ISO/SOC2 audits?
Yes. Reports include date/time, technician name and certification, equipment serial numbers, measurement data, photos and recommendations, all the audit trail elements typically required.
